Pitch Payment Procedure

If your Club as the home or away team plays on Council pitches block booked and allocated by the League a new payment procedure has now been adopted where you pay for pitches used monthly in arrears. These procedures will be strictly adhered to and any variation can ONLY be changed with the approval of the League.

Once the pitch is booked with the council the pitch, if fit to use, must be paid for by both teams or full pitch fee by the defaulting team.

Payment Due Monthly

Your Club will be sent a bill for league games at half the cost of the pitches it used during the month for both home and away games. (For example 4 x Games in that month = £160 Approx.) This payment for the pitches must be paid on or before the first Tuesday Monthly Meetings. Payment should be made by Bank Transfer in accordance with the instructions provided by the Treasurer.

Clubs that do not pay will be SUSPENDED and their fixtures withheld.  This will mean that you will have unfulfilled fixtures and the League may FINE the Club.
